Some Thoughts on How to Find the Right Listing Agent:
*Get referrals for people who have actually used her/him. The agent should have an easily accessible list of testimonials. If they have been in the business for a while, you may even recognize some names - give them a call!
*Interview 2-3 agents to see who you feel the most comfortable with, to see whose style of communication and way of doing business resonates with you.
*Look at the agent’s education and productivity. Do they have a deep market knowledge?
*Ask to see the agent’s Marketing Plan. It is surprising to see how they differ.
*Do you feel comfortable with them? Do they communicate with you in the manner that works for you?
